Community Cook Out

We have scheduled the community cook out meet and greet for Saturday August 3rd. 2024 at 4:00 PM. Please RSVP via the contact us from the web site. We will meet at the meeting place at the corner of Greenside and Greenleafe. The association will provide the burgers, hot dogs, condiments, and a couple of sides. Residents will need to bring chairs, drinks. If you like to bring a dessert to share. Hope to see everyone there. 

New features of the website. 

We have added a contact us form. by using this feature your email will be sent to all board members for review. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. You can access this feature by clicking on the contact us tab in the upper right side of the page.

We have also added a calendar. You can access this by clicking on the events tab. Located in the upper right side of the page. This is where we have begun to post the events that will be happening though out the year. You will also find all the Board meetings for the year listed on the calendar. Please check this calendar as we will post important information.

If you find something not working properly please let us know. This is a redesigned web site and we have done our best to make sure all links are working properly. With that said we might have missed something.

Members of the Board of Trustees for the Association are elected by the Unit Owners for two-year terms.

Officers of the Association are elected by the Board also for a two year term.  The current officers term is 2023-2024.  The election is held the first meeting after the all-members meeting, typically in March.
